Welcome to the new season!

As we hit the ice this year, our success won't be defined by the scoreboard or the number of wins we accumulate. It will be defined by one thing we can control every single shift: our effort.

Skill gets you on the ice, but work ethic makes you unstoppable. Whether we are winning by three or down by one, in the first period or the final two minutes, I expect every player to compete for loose pucks, track back on defense, and support their teammates. Mistakes are going to happen—that’s how we learn and grow. But making a mistake because you were pushing your absolute hardest is something we will celebrate every time.

Bring your full focus, leave everything you have out on the ice, and push each other to be better today than yesterday. Work hard, support your teammates, and let's make this season memorable.
